Instead, we deliver candidates who have been evaluated as “job ready” and are prepared to contribute on day one. Through CareerLaunch, employers get a real world preview of performance, not just a résumé and a handshake. It is a smarter way to hire, where you see how someone actually works before making a long term commitment.
ProvideUS Workforce offers human resource solutions that help employers recruit, evaluate, and develop talent through its structured programs like CareerLaunch and CareerCompass. Services include candidate sourcing, skills assessment, training, payroll and HR management, and on-the-job performance evaluation. Our models allow employers to observe real-world performance before making permanent hiring decisions, reducing risk, enhancing employee performance and fostering workforce stability by improving long-term retention across various industries.
We cater to a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, construction, technology, and hospitality, ensuring our strategies align with each industry’s specific challenges and opportunities.
CareerLaunch is a structured “performance preview” program that allows employers to evaluate candidates on the job before hiring them permanently. It typically lasts 6-months. During this preview period, participants are employees of ProvideUS Workforce and are not on the payroll of the companies where they are working. Benefits to the employers during this preview period include reduced hiring risk, lower turnover, re-world performance validation, and no upfront employment burden.
Those who apply to become participants in the CareerLaunch program are initially assessed using the program’s Workplace Readiness Index (WRI), along with situational judgment assessments and work sample exercises. After acceptance into the program, participants are evaluated through ongoing, on the job performance tracking. Employers also provide input on required skills and may participate in final candidate selection prior to placement.
For participants in the ProvideUS Workforce CareerLaunch program, employers are charged an hourly bill rate made up of the following components:
The position’s starting base wage rate
Payroll taxes, including FUTA, SUTA, and workers compensation insurance
A benefits allowance equal to 25% of the base wage rate
An administrative fee to ProvideUS of $2.50 per hour
The program is designed so that the total hourly cost per participant is, in most cases, comparable to an employer’s fully burdened employee cost, but with reduced risk and added advantages.
CareerCompass is a guided pathway that helps individuals prepare for and succeed in their chosen targeted career opportunities once they have graduated from the CareerLaunch program and are permanent employees at the workplace. This program includes skills assessments, upskilling development through extended training, along with continued coaching and guidance.
Our technology solutions enable efficient workforce management, featuring tools like interactive dashboards and seamless integration with platforms like our proprietary online learning system called TIMS and our micro-learning ComplianceCards platform that enhance learning and performance tracking.
